Description
The People attributes add-on (article 783) activates the Xovis people-attribute AI extensions on your Xovis 3D sensors and shows the results in VemCount next to your footfall and occupancy data. It includes gender statistics, view direction, staff exclusion, estimated age and face mask detection. Price is per sensor per month and excludes VAT. Vemco activates it remotely, nothing is shipped.

What is included
- Gender statistics for visitor profile reporting.
- Staff exclusion: removes employees wearing Xovis PA-PC-NTR or PA-PC-NTB name tags from visitor counts.
- View direction to see which way visitors face.
- Estimated age and face mask detection, where the sensor supports them.
- On-device processing: the sensor sends only anonymous text data, never images.
Requirements
This is an add-on to VemCount Pro or VemTrack (see software plans). It works on Xovis PC2-series sensors (PC2SE, PC2RE, PC2SE-O and their -L and -UL models) with firmware 5.6 or later. Each extension has its own mounting height range, for example gender statistics 2.40–4.00 m on the PC2SE and PC2RE and 2.40–3.25 m on the UL models. See the Xovis AI extensions selection guide. PC3-series sensors support group counting only. For the PF-L, ask us which attributes are available.
How to order
Order one add-on per sensor. After ordering, send us the MAC address of each sensor and Vemco activates the add-on remotely. Group counting is built into Xovis firmware 5 and needs no add-on.
