Xovis SPIDER – Multi-Sensor Hub for Large-Area People Counting
The Xovis SPIDER is an advanced multi-sensor aggregation hub designed for large-scale people counting installations that use more than nine Xovis 3D sensors. It enables seamless synchronization and centralized data management for extended coverage in airports, shopping malls, supermarkets, transportation hubs, stadiums, and smart buildings.
While a single Xovis sensor or group of up to nine sensors can perform automatic stitching on their own, the SPIDER becomes essential for projects exceeding nine sensors. It consolidates all connected sensors into a single network, merging real-time data streams for a complete, accurate picture of people flow, occupancy, and movement across wide or complex environments.
Featuring Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity with Power over Ethernet (PoE) power, the SPIDER offers reliable operation and straightforward installation. When multiple SPIDER units are networked together, the system can manage up to 200 Xovis sensors, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade analytics for the world’s largest installations.
Fully compatible with the Vemco Group Platform and Vemcount, the SPIDER enables secure data transfer, advanced analytics, and integration through REST API or MQTT for BI, ERP, or facility management systems.
