The Milesight EM300 series is a family of IP67 LoRaWAN sensors for temperature and humidity, pulse counting, door contact and water leak detection in buildings, stores, server rooms, cold rooms and plant rooms. All models share one rugged housing, run for years on a replaceable battery and are configured by NFC with a smartphone.

Frequency plans: every EM300 model is made in Milesight's 868M band (EU868 Europe/Middle East/Africa, IN865 India, RU864 Russia), 915M band (US915 North America, AU915 Australia/Latin America, KR920 Korea, AS923 Asia-Pacific) and 470M band (CN470 China). The EM300-TH is stocked in 915M; for the other models tell us your region when ordering. 470M and other bands are available on request.

Sensor and software: what you get
On the sensor: measurements and alarms (leak, door open, threshold) over LoRaWAN. In software: dashboards, alerts and reports, for example cold-room temperature logs or leak alarms. Use the EM300 series with VemSpace, which comes with a 60-day free trial (see software plans). The hardware price does not include a software licence.
Installation and accessories
Mount the sensor on a wall and place probes, ropes or membranes at the lowest point where water would collect. All EM300 models need a LoRaWAN gateway on the same frequency plan, such as the UG65 (indoor) or UG67 (outdoor). For an indoor door sensor without IP67 see the WS301.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the EM300-SLD, ZLD and MLD?
SLD detects a leak at one spot with a probe, ZLD along a 3 m rope, and MLD over a 400 × 400 mm membrane, for example under equipment.
How long does the Milesight EM300-TH battery last?
Milesight's lab figure is more than 10 years at SF7 with a 10-minute interval, about 4–6 years at SF10.
Can EM300 sensors be used outdoors?
Yes, the housing is IP67 and works from −30 to +70 °C.
Which LoRaWAN frequency do I need?
868M for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and Russia; 915M for the Americas, Australia, Korea and most of Asia-Pacific.
