Description
The Milesight VA21 is a staff lanyard for VS125 3D people counters in stores, malls and offices. The VS125 recognises its high-contrast pattern from above and removes the wearer from the visitor count, so conversion rates and staffing ratios are based on real customers.

Installation and use
Enable Staff Detection with the "Staff Lanyard" option and mount the counter between 2.2 and 4 m. Use the VA21 with the Milesight VS125 (Milesight specifies the VA21 for the VS125 series; for the VS125 Outdoor ask us to confirm); the counts appear in VemCount. Prefer a badge? Choose the pattern that contrasts most with your staff clothing so the sensor can recognise it reliably.
Does the VA21 work with the VS133 or VS135?
No. Those ToF counters use the VA31 reflective lanyard.
Can the VA21 be washed?
Yes, at 40 °C, according to Milesight.
