The Xovis PC2 and PC3 warranty extension, 2 years is a service that extends the standard 12-month Xovis warranty of a PC2-series or PC3-series people counting sensor by 24 months, to 36 months in total. Choose the PC2-Series or PC3-Series variant to match your sensor. This is a service; nothing is shipped.

What the Xovis warranty covers
Under the Xovis General Business Conditions, the warranty covers the quality and suitability of the product within its technical specifications and is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. It runs from dispatch by Xovis and does not cover damage from accident, misuse or modifications by anyone other than Xovis. Source: Xovis General Business Conditions (PDF).
How to order
Order the extension together with the sensor and add one extension per sensor. To extend sensors that are already installed, contact us with the serial or MAC numbers first. Software is separate: VemCount comes with a 60-day free trial. After mounting, Vemco can configure new sensors with the remote setup and validation service.
