The Milesight WS523 is a plug-in LoRaWAN smart socket. Plug it into an existing outlet to switch equipment on and off remotely or on a schedule and to meter its energy use (kWh), with no installation work.

Which frequency version do I need?
The shop SKU is the Milesight model name (WS523). Tell us your region and plug type when ordering: 868M for EU868 (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and IN865 (India); 915M for US915, AU915, KR920 and AS923. For an in-wall version, see the WS513.
Sensor and software: what you get
Use the WS523 with VemSpace, which comes with a 60-day free trial (see software plans). The hardware price does not include a software licence.
Installation
Plug into an outlet. The WS523 needs a LoRaWAN gateway on the same frequency plan, such as the UG65 or UG67.
