The Milesight VS373 is a ceiling-mounted radar sensor that detects falls and presence without a camera, and raises an alert over LoRaWAN so staff can respond quickly. Use it in care rooms, assisted living, hotel rooms and accessible washrooms where cameras are not acceptable.

Which frequency version do I need?
The shop SKU is the Milesight model name (VS373). Tell us your region when ordering: 868M for EU868 (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and IN865 (India); 915M for US915, AU915, KR920 and AS923. CN470 (China) is available on request.
Sensor and software: what you get
Use the VS373 with VemSpace, which comes with a 60-day free trial (see software plans). The hardware price does not include a software licence.
Installation
Mount on the ceiling following Milesight's height and coverage guidance. The VS373 needs a LoRaWAN gateway on the same frequency plan, such as the UG65.
