The Milesight WS203 combines PIR motion detection with temperature and humidity measurement in one LoRaWAN sensor. Use it to see which rooms are used and to keep comfort right, for example by turning heating or cooling down in empty rooms.

Which frequency version do I need?
The shop SKU is the Milesight model name (WS203). Tell us your region when ordering: 868M for EU868 (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and IN865 (India); 915M for US915, AU915, KR920 and AS923.
Sensor and software: what you get
Use the WS203 with VemSpace, which comes with a 60-day free trial (see software plans). The hardware price does not include a software licence. Pair it with the WT201 thermostat for occupancy-based HVAC control.
Installation
The WS203 needs a LoRaWAN gateway on the same frequency plan, such as the UG65.
