PeopleSense outdoor counters count people and vehicle traffic at places with no power and no network, such as trail heads, parks and car parks. This collection holds the two PeopleSense models that Vemco Group supplies: the RC1, with its radio configured for Europe, and the RC4, with its radio configured for APAC. Choose the model for the region where the counter will be installed.
Both models are battery-powered counters in an IP68 housing of 70 x 80 x 21 mm. They count people or vehicles by proximity over a configurable period of 2 to 60 minutes, and they measure the ambient temperature at the site. Battery life is about three years and the operating temperature is -10 to 65 °C (manufacturer spec).
Software and data are not included with the hardware. The counts are reported on the Vemco platform, where the software is ordered. It is not sold in the shop. See Vemco platform plans and pricing.
