For VemCount Pro License – Maintenance Contract (AMC) is an optional, extended support and maintenance package offered per sensor/location to ensure your people-counting system operates at peak performance. The AMC provides enhanced technical assistance, proactive monitoring, and guaranteed service response, helping you maximise uptime, maintain high data accuracy, and ensure full operational reliability across your entire analytics infrastructure.
The contract also includes on-site visits when needed, ensuring critical issues can be handled directly and efficiently.
The AMC delivers comprehensive coverage beyond the standard software licence, including the following:
Priority Technical Support

Direct access to Vemco Group’s certified support engineers.

Priority handling of all support tickets with guaranteed response and resolution times.

Support provided via email, phone, and remote session during business hours (or 24/7 under the Premium AMC tier).
