The VC2D AI sensor is seamlessly integrated with vemcount, providing sophisticated and exclusive statistical data without storing personal information or transmitting images. It recognizes physical characteristics for classification, rather than generating biometric templates. As such, it falls outside the scope of Article 9 GDPR as outlined in the European Data Protection Board's Guidelines 03/2019.
