The Milesight EM300 series is a family of IP67 LoRaWAN sensors for temperature and humidity, door contact, pulse counting and leak detection in buildings, retail sites and facilities. One battery lasts up to 10 years, NFC makes setup a tap, and every model reports to VemSpace through a LoRaWAN gateway.

- EM300-TH: temperature and humidity sensor, -30 to 70 °C, 0 to 100% RH, battery life up to 10 years at a 10-minute interval.
- EM300-DI: pulse counter with digital input for meters, 1 m cable, battery life around 5 years.
- EM300-MCS: magnetic contact switch for doors and windows, detection distance 20 to 30 mm, 1.5 m cable, up to 10 years.
- EM300-SLD: spot leakage detection probe, triggers when liquid reaches 5 mm, 1.5 m cable, up to 10 years.
- EM300-ZLD: zone leakage detection cable sensor for larger areas, 3 m cable (extendable), triggers at 5 mm, up to 10 years.
- EM300-MLD: membrane leakage detection with a 400 x 400 mm printed film, up to 10 years.
All models: one 4000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery (extendable to two), IP67, NFC configuration, LoRaWAN 868 MHz or 915 MHz.
Works with: VemSpace for temperature, humidity, leak and door alerts and ESG reporting. Needs a Milesight UG65 or UG67 LoRaWAN gateway.
