The Milesight VA04 is a multifunctional staff badge for VS125 3D people counters in stores, malls and offices. Staff wear it on the chest as a badge or on both shoulders as epaulets; the VS125 recognises the pattern from above and excludes the wearer from visitor counts, so footfall and conversion reflect real customers.

Installation and use
Choose the colour that contrasts with the clothing and avoid striped uniforms. Do not clean the badge with water (the magnet can rust). Use the VA04 with the Milesight VS125 (Milesight specifies the VA04 for the VS125 series; for the VS125 Outdoor ask us to confirm); counts appear in VemCount. Prefer a lanyard? See the VA21. Frequently asked questions
Badge or epaulet?
Both are supported; select the matching mode on the VS125. Milesight recommends a counter height of 2.2–4 m, and 2.2–3.5 m when the badge is worn on the chest.
Does the VA04 work with the VS133 or VS135?
No. Those ToF counters use the VA31 lanyard.
Which firmware does the VS125 need?
Firmware 1.0.4 or later.
