Xovis PA-PC-MB Wall and Ceiling Mount for Xovis Sensors

The Xovis PA-PC-MB wall and ceiling mount is a mounting bracket for Xovis PC2-series indoor people counters such as the PC2SE and PC2RE. It holds the sensor on a wall above an entrance or on the ceiling, for doorways and corridors where the sensor cannot sit in a ceiling housing.

Installation and accessories

Mount the bracket centred above the entrance, within the sensor's mounting height range (PC2SE and PC2RE: 2.20–6.00 m; UL models from 1.95 m), and attach the sensor. The counting area depends on height and angle, so Vemco checks and calibrates the sensor remotely after mounting with the remote calibration and validation service. For ceiling housings see the PA-PC2-FM and PA-PC2-SM. Existing Xovis sensors connect to VemCount without new hardware.

Can a Xovis sensor be mounted on a wall?
Yes, PC2SE and PC2RE sensors can be wall mounted with the PA-PC-MB bracket, which tilts the sensor by 5° for a wide field of view.

Does the PA-PC-MB fit the PC3SE?
No. Xovis lists it for the PC2 series. PC3SE sensors use the PA-PC-MPM plate or PA-PC-PM pivot mount.

Will the sensor stay aligned?
Yes. The bracket has a built-in anti-rotation mechanism.
