Key Terms (for the licence)

• Licence covers one sensor device for a duration of 12 months, starting from the activation date.

• At the end of the 12-month period, renewal is required to continue collecting data from that sensor under the Pro feature-set.

• The sensor must be registered in the platform, licence allotted to that sensor, and the correct subscription tier selected (per the vendor’s licence-management process).

• Additional sensors or other feature-tiers (e.g., multiple sensors, vehicle counting, age/gender special sensors) would require additional licences or add-ons.

• License includes software access, but sensor hardware, installation, cabling, mounting, power and connectivity are assumed to be provided/separate.

• Data retention, export rights, and access levels are subject to the standard terms of Vemco Group’s cloud-service agreement.

• During the term you have full access to all Pro features for that sensor; adding extra sensors or “premium” feature-modules require extra licens.

• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is not included in the standard 12-month licence.

• If you wish to include AMC support with your VemCount Pro licence, please contact our Sales Team for pricing and inclusion details.

• Without AMC, you still receive basic online support, access to health check, restAPI and software updates during your licence term, but advanced support and priority maintenance require a valid AMC agreement.

• The AMC covers extended technical support, system monitoring, proactive maintenance, and on-site service options.
